The objective of this training is to enhance the ability to achieve inner balance, peace and wellbeing - especially in situations, where external forces are working against it.
Main topics:
- Balance between enjoying the process and valuing the result;
- Analysing vital issues;
- Acknowledging beliefs and adjusting them to your goals and needs;
- Getting to know and coping with your emotions better;
- Excursus to the inner world - becoming more aware of your identity and harmonization with your actual wishes and aims.
What does "Inner Victory" means? It is:
- The ability to direct your choices, feelings and life based on your needs and preferences;
- The courage to look your inner restlessness in the eye and the ability to manage it better;
- The ability to really cope with setbacks - so that they would not depress, distress, scare, anger you too much or ultimately break you down;
- Finding harmony in yourself to learn to accept and value yourself and others more;
- Contact with your higher self and finding deeper meaning and purpose to your life;
- Finding inner contentment and the ability to enjoy life as it is.

How is the training organised?
The training takes place over the course of 4 days. The first day starts at 16:00, the second and third day start at 9:30 and end late at night. The fourth day starts at 9:30 and ends at 18:00.
A large portion of the work will take place in pairs and some in groups of four. This way, we can create the synergy that is usually experienced in big groups and the necessary individuality.
The training is practical, experience - based and insightful. Moving from subject to subject, each participant will go through a series of thought exercises to acknowledge important issues and think them through. Some questions are preceded by meditative insight. Some questions will be discussed with a partner or in a group, some will remain private. Every day we will watch one full length film, which links to the topic of what we are lerning and experiencing. In the afternoon, there is always one longer break, when you can mull over what you have experienced, learned and discovered.
The price of the training per participant is 1150,00 EUR. VAT will be added to the price.
